Our next NETWORK CONNECTION session will explore the fundamental difference between TRADITIONAL and DIGITAL STRATEGY.

An interactive game starts our exploration of this topic by enabling the participants to „discover“ new approaches to effectively use digital technology. The New Rules of Digital Strategy will be introduced to motivate each participant to initiate the reflection process about new possibilities for the best use of technology for their own company.

By using the analogy that Digital Strategy is an expedition of exploration, the distinct character of a digital strategy will be outlined. This participatory inquiry about the nature of a successful digital strategy will conclude with a discussion about a fundamental need for a fluid but deep-rooted framework to guide the exploration process. Examples of the appropriate next steps will be proposed.

After participating in this NETWORK CONNECTIONS session, participants will be enabled to reflect on the impact of an appropriate digital strategy for their own business and initiate the strategy development process together with their employees.
